SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We have MET our sponsorship goal!

DyNet survives as a unique free-to-attend event due to the generosity of our Sponsors. From the free use of the facility from the High Technology Foundation, to the breakfast and lunch provided, to the other expenses that add up to hosting a premier event for the attendees, we couldn't do it without YOU!

To show our gratitude, the DyNet team provides numerous opportunities to let others know who are our Sponsors. This recognition includes promotion of Sponsors' company name and logo on the DyNet website and other social media, as well as all promotional marketing, registration, and conference materials. Additionally, Sponsors are given the opportunity to insert marketing materials in participant packets and formal recognition during the event.

As a non-profit, we are only seeking a limited number of Sponsors. If interested, you must indicate your commitment ASAP by submitting an email to Ms. Roya Maher, DyNet Sponsorship Chair at Roya.Maher@A3LFederalWorks.com.

Sponsorship Levels
Gold Sponsor - Limited to 3 at $2,000
This in-kind sponsorship is recognized at the event with an Appreciation gift awarded during the ceremony, Dedicated booth/table in prime location, Use of pull-up banner stands on stage/front of auditorium, Sponsor Name/logo on DyNet website, Logo on Conference Banner, Corporate summary/logo in Event brochure, Corporate summary on Rolling slides, Corporate name/logo on all advertising flyers from date of commitment, Capability Statement and/or promo item in participant bag, Verbal acknowledgement in Welcome Ceremony and lunchtime announcements, Corporate picture opportunity, and One (1) free registration for upcoming NCMA training event.
Silver Sponsor - Limited to 4 at $1,000
This in-kind sponsorship is recognized at the event with a Dedicated booth/table in prime location, Use of pull-up banner stands on stage/front of auditorium, Sponsor Name/logo on DyNet website, Logo on Conference Banner, Corporate summary/logo in Event brochure, Corporate summary on Rolling slides, corporate name/logo on all advertising flyers from date of commitment, Capability Statement and/or promo item in participant bag, Verbal acknowledgement in Welcome Ceremony and lunchtime announcements., and Corporate picture opportunity.
Contributions to the DyNet event are, in most situations, a taxable donation for your business since the host organization, the Northern WV Chapter of NCMA is a 501(c)6 entity. Proper documentation and tax identification number will be sent post-event to all sponsors detailing their contribution and our appreciation. Specific tax laws determine charitable donations for each organization, and we encourage professional tax consultants be used to determine applicability to your organization.
